LEARNING ZONE ACTIVITY KITS:
What exactly are they?

The Learning Zone offers monthly activity kits for parents, family day care providers, and others to use with the children they love.

Organized around monthly themes, these hands-on activities are so fun and exciting that they discreetly integrate learning experiences that build school readiness skills.

Early childhood is a precious, almost magical stage of life. This is an exciting opportunity for you to become even more involved in each wondrous learning moment.

The activities are diversified, well rounded, and well planned in order to facilitate development of the "whole" child-- emotional, physical, intellectual, and social. These kits are designed with flexibility for children from ages 2 to 6.

Each kit includes a monthly calendar, easy-to-use activity instructions, supplies to complete the activities, and tips and suggestions for stimulating creativity in your child.

Learning Zone's Kit Calendar

Box 1- September’s kit contains these theme units: "Bubbles," "The Color Blue," "Counting Fun," and "Potpourri."

Box 2- October’s kit contains these theme units: "Letters and Numbers," "Fall Fun," The Color Orange," and "Apples, Trees, and Leaves."

Box 3- November’s kit includes these theme units: "Families," "Thanksgiving," "Imagination Station," and "Nursery Rhymes."

Box 4- December’s kit contains these themes: "Giving and Sharing," "The Christmas Story," "Holiday Shapes," and "Winter Weather."

Okay, then…

The Learning Zone kits contain EVERYTHING you'll need to complete an entire month of fun activities. The only items not included are basic supplies that you probably already have on hand, like crayons and glue.

Ordering from Learning Zone will save you time, money, and energy. No curriculum planning or shopping for materials is necessary. It's already been done for you and organized so it's easy for you to use.

The activities will benefit your child in so many ways and you'll be enjoying the interaction involved in the process.

You can't stand hearing, "I'm Bored!" one more time. You're going to do something about it.

That's better… Kits need to be ordered by the 15^th of the month proceeding the month you'd like your kit for.

A Learning Zone activity kit is $30 (plus shipping) for 1-3 children. Family day care providers may choose to order a larger kit for 3-6 children for 35.
